Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Future Football Stars (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the platform located at futurefootballstars4u.com (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox at registration, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is a community showcase tool only. It is not a recruitment agency, talent management service, employment broker, or sports management platform. Future Football Stars assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any outcome, opportunity, or consequence arising from a user’s presence on or use of the Platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for an account on the Platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly register users under the age of 18. If we become aware that an account holder is under 18, we will terminate that account immediately.

You must also:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your country or any applicable jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed.

Player profiles for minors may be created and managed by a registered adult user (parent, guardian, or authorised adult) on behalf of the minor. The registered adult takes full responsibility for all content submitted under player profiles they manage.

When creating an account you select an account type that best describes your relationship to the Platform. Available account types are: Parent / Guardian, Scout, Coach, Agent, and Other User. All account types are subject to the same Terms. The Platform does not verify or endorse the professional credentials of users who identify as scouts, coaches, or agents.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Select the account type that genuinely reflects your role. Misrepresentation of your identity, professional status, or relationship to any player constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Maintain only one active account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at privacy@futurefootballstars4u.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any player profiles you create and manage.

Any registered user (parent/guardian, scout, coach, agent, or other) may create one or more player profiles linked to their account. Player profiles display the player’s name, screen name, position, country, club affiliation, photo, and linked highlight videos. By creating a player profile, the account holder acknowledges that:

• They are responsible for ensuring they have the right and consent to submit the player’s personal information, particularly where the player is a minor.
• Profile data is user-controlled and may be edited or deleted by the account holder at any time.
• The Platform does not independently verify the accuracy of self-reported profile statistics, club affiliations, age, or performance claims. All such information is the sole responsibility of the account holder who submitted it.
• You grant the Platform a limited licence to display the player’s profile content as described in Section 5.
• The Platform makes no representation that any profile will be viewed, evaluated, or acted upon by any scout, coach, club, or organisation.

By submitting content to the Platform (including profile photos, biography text, and linked YouTube videos), you grant Future Football Stars a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, embed, and distribute your profile and linked video content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and its community features.

You retain full ownership of all content you submit. This licence does not permit us to sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit your content independently of Platform operations. The licence is automatically revoked upon account deletion; content will be removed from Platform display within 30 days of deletion.

Where a player profile relates to a minor, the profile is created and managed by an adult account holder. Any promotional use of a minor player profile’s content beyond standard Platform display requires the express consent of the adult account holder who manages that profile and who is responsible for confirming they hold the necessary parental or guardian authority.

Account holders may link highlight videos hosted on YouTube to the player profiles they manage. The Platform does not host, store, or upload video files directly. By linking YouTube videos to a profile, you acknowledge that:

• All linked content remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
• The Platform retrieves video metadata (title, thumbnail, view count) via the YouTube Data API v3 and displays it alongside your profile.
• You warrant that you have the right to share all linked content and that doing so does not violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The Platform is not responsible for the continued availability of linked videos. If YouTube removes a linked video, your profile will reflect its unavailability.

By linking video content to your profile, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and consents for the content you link.
• Where footage includes identifiable teammates, those individuals (or their guardians, if under 18) have consented to their inclusion.
• Tournament, broadcast, or club-owned footage may be subject to intellectual property restrictions; you warrant you have the right to share any such content.
• Your linked content does not include copyrighted music, broadcast commentary, or other audio-visual material that you do not have the right to reproduce.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Football Stars from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a third party’s claim that content linked by you infringes their intellectual property or other rights.

The Platform provides community features including a news section and user comment threads on published articles. By using these features, you agree that:

• Comments are your own expression and are submitted voluntarily. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all comments and community content you post.
• You will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
• You will not post spam, commercial solicitations, URLs, or content designed to redirect users to external sites.
• You will not impersonate any person, organisation, or Platform official.
• Comments containing profanity, suspected spam, or other safety concerns are automatically flagged and may be reviewed before remaining publicly visible. Future Football Stars reserves the sole right to remove or hide any comment at any time, without notice and without liability.
• News articles published on the Platform are for informational and community purposes. Future Football Stars does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any news content and expressly disclaims all liability for reliance on any such content.

Future Football Stars is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any user comment or community content submitted through the Platform. Each user is solely responsible for the content they post.

The Platform operates a community engagement feature that allows registered users to award votes and accumulate points, which are aggregated into monthly leaderboards and rankings. By participating in this feature, you agree that:

• Votes, points, and leaderboard rankings are a form of community recognition and engagement only. They do not represent any assessment, endorsement, or evaluation of sporting ability by Future Football Stars.
• Any prizes associated with monthly leaderboards are informational and community-recognition awards. They do not constitute gambling, a lottery, a game of chance for money, or any form of cash wagering. No purchase, payment, or wager is required to participate.
• Future Football Stars makes no guarantee that any prize will be offered, awarded, or delivered. Prizes, where offered, are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, reduced, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• You must not manipulate voting, points, or leaderboard results through automated means, multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or any other artificial method. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and may result in disqualification and account termination.
• Future Football Stars reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of participants, the validity of votes, and the outcome of any leaderboard, and to disqualify any participant suspected of manipulation, at its absolute discretion.

Participation in voting and leaderboard features confers no entitlement to any prize and creates no obligation on the part of Future Football Stars.

The Platform may display listings of football camps, academies, trials, and similar opportunities. These listings are provided for informational purposes only. By viewing or relying on any such listing, you acknowledge that:

• Listings may be sourced from publicly available information and are not necessarily provided, verified, or authorised by the organisations named in them.
• Future Football Stars does not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any listed camp, academy, trial, or opportunity, and has no commercial relationship, affiliation, or partnership with any listed organisation unless expressly stated.
• Future Football Stars makes no representation as to the accuracy, availability, quality, safety, legitimacy, or outcome of any listed opportunity.
• You must independently verify all details of any listed opportunity — including dates, costs, eligibility, safeguarding arrangements, and the identity and credentials of the organiser — before engaging with it.

Future Football Stars accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, cost, or other consequence arising from a user’s engagement with any camp, academy, trial, or opportunity listed on the Platform.

Individuals who register with a professional role (Scout, Coach, or Agent) acknowledge that:

• They must provide accurate information regarding their role, organisation, and professional standing during registration.
• They may be asked to verify their professional identity and credentials. Providing false or misleading professional information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• The Platform does not guarantee, endorse, or verify the credentials, authority, or professional standing of any user who registers with a professional role. Future Football Stars expressly disclaims all liability for the conduct, representations, or actions of any scout, coach, or agent, whether occurring on or off the Platform.
• The Platform is a community platform and does not operate a managed player-discovery or recruitment service. Future Football Stars is not responsible for any contact, communication, or arrangement between professional users and players or their families.
• All conduct by professional users must comply with applicable national football federation rules, FIFA regulations, and any other regulatory framework governing their professional activities. Future Football Stars takes no responsibility for regulatory compliance by its users.

The Platform is a community showcase tool only. Future Football Stars makes absolutely no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind that:

• Any player will receive contact from scouts, coaches, agents, clubs, or recruiters.
• Any player will receive trial invitations, scholarship offers, academy placements, or professional contracts.
• Platform visibility will result in any professional, academic, sporting, or financial opportunity whatsoever.
• Any professional user (scout, coach, agent) on the Platform is legitimate, credentialled, authorised, or who they claim to be.

Users register and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. Creating or maintaining a profile on the Platform does not constitute enrolment in a scouting programme, recruitment pipeline, or create any obligation on the part of any scout, coach, club, or organisation to contact or evaluate any player.

Players and guardians are strongly advised to independently verify the identity and credentials of any person who contacts them claiming to be a scout, coach, agent, or club representative, regardless of whether that contact originated from or was facilitated by the Platform. Future Football Stars shall not be liable for any consequence of contact between users.

The Platform is restricted to account holders aged 18 or over. Minors cannot and do not register accounts on the Platform. A minor never holds an account, logs in, submits data directly, or interacts with the Platform on their own behalf. The only way information relating to a minor enters the Platform is through a player profile created and managed by an adult account holder (a parent, guardian, or other authorised adult).

Accordingly, the following principles govern all minor data on the Platform:

• All personal data relating to a minor is submitted by, controlled by, and remains the responsibility of the adult account holder who created the player profile.
• The adult account holder represents and warrants that they hold the parental or guardian authority necessary to submit the minor’s personal data, including the minor’s name, image, and linked video content, and that they have the right to consent to its display on the Platform.
• The adult account holder may edit or delete any minor player profile they manage at any time, and may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us.
• Data submitted in relation to a minor is limited to what is necessary for community showcase and Platform operation. We do not use minor player data for advertising or behavioural profiling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and applies to all account holders, including professional users (scouts, coaches, and agents):

• Attempting to obtain personal or direct contact information (phone numbers, home addresses, school names, or private social media handles) relating to any minor player profile.
• Attempting to contact, arrange contact with, or communicate directly with a minor other than through the adult account holder who manages that minor’s profile.
• Any conduct that is predatory, grooming, sexually inappropriate, exploitative, or otherwise harmful to a minor.
• Soliciting fees, trials, or opportunities from an adult account holder in exchange for scouting attention directed at a minor player.

Any such conduct will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. For full details of our child safety practices, see our Child Safety Policy.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any Platform user.
• Impersonate any person, club, organisation, scout, coach, agent, or Platform representative.
• Submit spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Create fake, misleading, or exaggerated player profiles, statistics, age information, or club affiliations.
• Engage in predatory, grooming, or sexually inappropriate contact with any minor.
• Link or upload content that you do not own or have the right to share.
• Solicit fees from players or families in exchange for scouting attention, trial opportunities, or introductions (“pay-to-play” schemes).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform in bulk.
• Post content containing personal contact details, external URLs, or commercial solicitations in comments or profile fields.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where conduct is predatory toward a minor or otherwise unlawful, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The Platform’s user interface, design, software, trademarks, logos, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Future Football Stars. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform assets without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, subject to the limited content licence described in Section 5.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA and Copyright Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice. Repeat infringers will be permanently suspended from the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
• Predatory conduct, particularly involving minors.
• Repeated DMCA violations.
• Conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or to the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public display within 30 days, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Platform functions as a passive technology conduit for User Content. Future Football Stars does not create, edit, review, verify, or endorse any User Content prior to its publication on the Platform, except where content moderation is expressly described in these Terms.

Each user is solely, exclusively, and entirely responsible for:

• the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, and lawfulness of all profile information, statistics, age data, and descriptions they submit;
• ensuring that all video content linked to their profile does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, personality, or other rights of any third party;
• all representations made to other users, professional users, clubs, or organisations;
• obtaining any necessary consents from third parties (including teammates, coaches, or clubs) identifiable in linked video content;
• all comments, reactions, and community content they post on the Platform;
• compliance with the rules and regulations of any sports federation, league, club, or institution to which they belong.

Future Football Stars reserves the right, but assumes no obligation whatsoever, to remove or disable access to any User Content at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice, and without any liability to the user.

Future Football Stars bears no responsibility and accepts no liability for any User Content, the accuracy or completeness of any user’s profile, or any consequence arising from a user’s interactions with other users on or off the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Future Football Stars expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• that any defects will be corrected or that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations;
• that any scout, coach, agent, or professional user on the Platform is legitimate, qualified, authorised, or accurately represents their identity, role, or affiliation;
• that any particular user will view, contact, or evaluate any player profile;
• that the Platform will result in any sporting, professional, financial, or other opportunity for any user.

Future Football Stars is a passive technology platform. It is not the publisher, author, producer, or endorser of any User Content, news article (which is AI-assisted and community-generated), or community comment. The accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of all User Content is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user who submitted it.

Future Football Stars expressly disclaims all responsibility for the conduct, identity, credentials, representations, omissions, or actions of any user, whether occurring on or off the Platform, and whether or not such user was verified, approved, or permitted to access the Platform by Future Football Stars.

News articles on the Platform are generated with AI assistance and published for community and informational purposes only. Future Football Stars makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any news content and expressly disclaims all liability for any reliance placed on such content by any user or third party.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUTURE FOOTBALL STARS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PLATFORM PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, including without limitation:

• indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business opportunity;
• loss of sporting, professional, academic, or financial opportunity of any kind;
• personal injury or emotional distress arising from interactions with other users;
• costs of substitute services;
• damages arising from reliance on any User Content, news article, comment, or any communication made by any user through the Platform;
• damages arising from the removal, unavailability, or inaccessibility of any third-party linked content, including YouTube videos;
• damages arising from the conduct, identity, misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, or other actions of any user, scout, coach, agent, or third party, whether or not facilitated by the Platform;
• damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• damages arising from any failure to verify the identity, credentials, or professional standing of any user;

arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or your interactions with any other user, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Platform Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Platform Parties to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling). The Platform is provided free of charge; accordingly, the applicable cap for all users is £100.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by Future Football Stars’ negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the Platform Parties arising out of or relating to:

• your use of or access to the Platform;
• any User Content, comment, or community content you post, link, or submit via the Platform;
• your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity;
• any representation or warranty you make in connection with your use of the Platform that proves false or misleading;
• your conduct toward any other user or third party arising from or in connection with the Platform.

The Platform is accessible globally. Users access the Platform subject to their own local laws and regulations. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws governing privacy, data protection, child safety, and sports regulation.

Future Football Stars complies with applicable data protection law including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. For users in California, certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) may apply. For users in other jurisdictions, local data protection rights are respected to the extent practicable. Contact privacy@futurefootballstars4u.com to exercise any applicable rights.

Future Football Stars does not accept any responsibility for a user’s failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction when using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days following written notice of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your EU member state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
